Financial Accounting & Receipt Management
The Accounting module captures and manages all donation and deposit entries across categories. It records party details, donation purpose, amount, and payment mode (Cash or Bank), with all transactions systematically logged for reconciliation, auditing, and planning. A built-in Print Receipt option enables instant generation of physical copies for transparency and donor acknowledgment.
Accommodation Booking
The Room Booking module allows visitors to reserve rooms by submitting essential details. It handles room selection, auto-calculates total cost, and manages deposits, while also supporting post-checkout processing and room cleaning workflows — ensuring a seamless and well-managed experience for both devotees and staff.
Inventory & Stock Tracking
The Stock Management module ensures accurate tracking of inventory usage by allowing users to log item details, quantity, and purpose in a Material Register (MRR). It supports multiple entries for efficient stock updates and includes vendor management features — storing vendor logs and generating purchase bills — to streamline procurement and enhance control over temple resources.
Edit Authorization Workflow
The Unlock Request module enables users to request permission to update previously entered data. These requests must be approved by authorized personnel, ensuring that sensitive information remains accurate and protected. This workflow helps prevent misuse and upholds data integrity.
